It's interesting because it was through UNHCR (United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees) that I discovered Coursera as I'm one of their volunteers. I volunteered as a teacher and although there is yet any teaching opportunity at my location, I look forward to the day I could get started. Meanwhile, I signed up for the course Foundations of Teaching for Learning recommended by UNHCR and taught by the Commonwealth Education Trust.

I'm also enrolled in a few other courses, all nicely spaced out over a period of time. At this moment, I've started on Nutrition and Physical Activity for Health which is taught by the University of Pittsburgh. I enrolled two weeks after the class have commenced, but managed to get up to speed. I've completed two modules for Week 1 and tomorrow is the scheduled deadline for Week 2. Sono felice perchè tutto sta procedendo bene (I'm happy because all is progressing well).
Learning is a lifelong process. This is a perfect opportunity to fill one's time meaningfully. I hope you will also take a look at the courses on Coursera and better still, sign up for one (or a few!). Have fun exploring!
