Twilight Sky High

19 March: Onboard my Air Asia AK6119 flight to Kuala Lumpur

Isn't this beautiful? Earlier this evening at about 7:35 PM, I was somewhere between Penang and Kuala Lumpur, over some 30,000 feet high in the sky. I was experiencing the twilight of my life, watching from the window seat in the plane. This is one of the reasons I love traveling.

Yes, Barbara! :) Initially I wasn't too happy when assigned with that window seat (I only feel this way for short flights) because I'm usually very "efficient" in getting out of my seat upon arrival and head for the overhead compartment above me. This flight turned out to be awesome and felt like a dream!...
