Mailbox Monday

Mailbox Monday is a meme hosted by Marcia at The Printed Page. This week's mailbox is wonderful for me because of all the books I received from my friends.

The pile of books that made me happy

From Wendy of Musings of A Bookish Kitty:
  1. Of Bees and Mist by Erick Setiawan (ISBN: 9781416596257)
  2. The Art of Disappearing by Ivy Pochoda (ISBN: 9780312650995)

Along with the books, Wendy also sent a beautiful Cape Shore card. I also received a Christmas Card in a separate mail. Thank you, Wendy!

From Renee of A Path of Joy:
  1. The Short Second Life of Bree Tanner by Stephenie Meyer (ISBN: 9780316125581)
  2. The Last Christian by David Gregory (ISBN: 9781400074976)
  3. The Plan A Woman in a Plan B World by Debbie Taylor Williams (ISBN: 9780891126416)
  4. D.I.V.A.S of the Divine by Donna McCary and Sherri Holbert (ISBN: 9781563221088)

Thank you, Renee, for these wonderful books. You always throw in so many bonuses!

From HH:

  1. Great People Decisions by Claudio Fernandez Araoz

This is a book that I would like to start reading immediately beginning of next year. It addresses the question of why they (people decisions i.e. getting the right people to fill the right roles) matter so much, why they are so hard and how we can master them. HH, thank you for the great breakfast meeting and for this book!

Last but not least, many thanks to Jen of Snapshots 2010, for the beautiful and very useful Borne Naked clear handbag liner.

I took the above photo but extracted the one at the bottom right-hand corner (the picture of handbag liners in three sizes) from its website. This item is ideal for both single and multiple handbag lovers. It's definitely going to help me stay organized and de-clutter my handbag backpack. What a thoughtful gift from Jen!
