I'm feeling slightly better about my reading in August because there was some improvement and I read some great books for the month. The highlights for me were If You Come Softly and Paco's Story. I did a heavy-duty book review for the latter. I also thank Lisa Roe of Online Publicist for sending me a copy of Talk to Me Like I'm Someone You Love.

For September, I'm doing a joint-reading with my blog buddy, Julia, for Nora Robert's Savor the Moment. Coming up on September 6, is a book review of Karen E. Olson's latest book in the A Tattoo Shop Mystery. I have announced the two winners of my "Birthday Book Giveaway" (I'm a September baby) and once again, I thank everyone who had participated.
