Dead Men's Dust

Dead Men's Dust

The first Joe Hunter thriller is a good read. Joe is a former Special Forces soldier who has worked 14 years as a counterterrorism agent. The book has the necessary ingredients that make a good thriller, but it did not excite me as much as Lee Child’s Jack Reacher. The plot is fast-moving. Joe is on the lookout for his missing brother and he does it to help his sister-in-law. In so doing he is up against “The Harvestman,” a crazy serial killer. I like Joe’s character and decided to read the second book, Judgment and Wrath, to see how the character will develop.

  1. I'm always impressed with your 100 word reviews! Jack Reacher was the first thing I thought of when you started describing the book. It would be hard to out-do Jack. I've got 61 Hours loaded on my iPod and I can't wait to see what he is up to next!
