This will be my third speaking experience and I'm still feeling the jitters. The first time was the Marcus Evans Executive PA Conference in Kuala Lumpur and the second was the ABF 8th Executive Secretaries and PAs Conference in Singapore, both in 2009. The Forum will be held on 11th and 12th March 2010. My session is on the first day and here's what I'll be speaking on the topic Executing Excellent Non Verbal and Verbal Communication Skills to Avoid Miscommunication (Apprehending the vitality of executing precise and direct communication | Obtaining skills to communicate efficiently in order to salvage situations caused by miscommunication | Exploring different approaches of communication and deciding which approach suits best).

Another event that is happening and that I will be attending is the Asian Financial Services Congress to be held at the Raffles City Convention Centre in Singapore. Check out the agenda here. This means I will be traveling to Singapore from 24th to 28th February. Time to catch up with all my friends again!
2010 kicked off with lots of goodies in store and I'm a happy, happy girl.
