BBAW 2009: Discovery

This is a topic scheduled for Thursday, September 17, but I am only posting it today—I hope that's OK. The topic: Today we encourage you to blog about a book you read only because you discovered it on another book blog. Preferably, this will be a book you loved! You might also write a bit about the blog you discovered it on!

I'm going to take a slightly different approach by blogging about an author I read only because it was recommended by one of my favorite friendly bloggers, Julia of Julia's Books Corner. Julia is ever so supportive of my blog and she visits me whenever she is able to. When she does, she always leave the funniest comments.

Now, who is this author I am talking about? She's Nora Roberts. I wouldn't have picked up Nora's books if it wasn't for Julia. Romance is one genre I don't usually read but then I realized a good romance novel can do me some good. I started off with the author's Circle Trilogy (The books: Morrigan's Cross, Dance of the Gods, and Valley of Silence) in 2007 and loved the paranormal series. Following that, I'm hooked and bought all her trilogies and some of her standalones. Here's the link to all my Nora Roberts book reviews.

To Julia: I'm looking forward to our upcoming joint-reading of Black Hills, Nora's latest book!
