The Dead Sea Scrolls & the Ancient World

I would love to post about the two-day conference that I've attended and spoke at, but first I'd like to talk about the "The Dead Sea Scrolls & the Ancient World" Fund Raiser Dinner I've attended tonight. It was very interesting and was truly glad that I had the privilege to view the real thing!

I would like to thank Mr Alfred Lye, the chairperson and also one of the distinguished speakers at the conference, for the invitation. The function was held at Tanglin Village @ Dempsey Hill, 22 Dempsey Road, Singapore 249679.

The exhibition will be held from 27 August 2009 to 20 September 2009. Singapore would be the first country in Asia to host and showcase this awesome exhibition of over 100 artifacts spanning 5,000 years of human civilization.
I like the red rose petals sprinkled on the dining table
