I built a bookshelf!

I was at 1 Utama Shopping Centre this morning running some errands. I did what I was supposed to do and then decided to buy a shelf unit (only MYR33.90 or USD9) at Jusco to house my mounting TBRs.

Here's what I did:

From left to right: I lay out all my tools and of course, the shelf unit which is still in its box; I turned the box over and noted the instruction; I placed all the pieces on the floor; Began my 'work and making good progress knocking and banging stuff into their places; Almost done, one more tier to go...; DONE!

Here's the end result. My Nora Roberts books sits on the first tier. These are my partial TBRs - more in another covered bookshelf.

Here's another view. This will be a revolving shelf whereby all read books will go into the covered shelf, and at the same time, new books will be sent to this one.

Photos were taken using my one-month-old iPAQ Voice Messenger . The 1.3MP mobile PC smartphone can't take pics as good as my former Sony Ericsson K800i. I still miss my old phone. Good thing is, I can connect to the Internet on my laptop using my iPAQ when there is no other connection available. Oh yeah, I also bought a 1GB microSD memory card for the phone at Jusco. Besides the photos, I am also planning to use the extra space for storage of ebooks and audiobooks...

Have a good weekend!
