What Are You Reading Meme

I have decided to snatch this from Melody's blog. Thanks for the inspiration!

What are you reading right now?
Bridget Jones: The Edge of Reason by Helen Fielding. Everybody knows Bridget, righty right? *GRIN*

Do you have any idea what you’ll read when you’re done with that?
I've got plenty to keep me occupied as I'm participating in two reading challenges: 1)
Christian Genre Challenge, and 2) Unread Authors Challenge. You can safely say I'm pretty focused at the moment. Do check out my upcoming post to see the choice of books up for September!

What magazines do you have in your bathroom right now?
I don't keep them in the loo but I do bring them in whenever I'm 'in the mood'. Ya know what I mean... Most of the time it'll be O, The Oprah Magazine.

What’s the worst thing you were ever forced to read?
Strangely, everything with alphabets are appealing to me...

Admit it, the librarians at your library know you on a first name basis, don’t they?
I don't visit the library because I buy my own books. However, for my daily morning coffee fix, the cafe crew knew me and I even get a 10% discount for being their loyal customer for years! I miss that place because I no longer work near the cafe...

What’s the one book you always recommend to just about everyone?
Very hard to pin down just one book...

Do you read books while you eat? While you bathe? While you watch movies or TV? While you listen to music? While you’re on the computer? While you’re having sex? While you’re driving?
I read most of the time: eat, while at the computer (especially while waiting for certain apps to load), commuting (hubby drives me to/from work now), doing 'big business' in the loo. I have never attempted to read while bathing and *blush* sex. Are you kidding me? Who does that anyway?

When you were little, did other children tease you about your reading habits?
I was nicknamed 'bookworm' in primary school. Thank goodness I was still recognised by friends and was nominated as class monitor, prefect, and various other school committee posts. Because of my habit, I was also nicknamed 'lone ranger', but still, I was sociable and friendly.

What’s the last thing you stayed up half the night reading because it was so good you couldn’t put it down?
Twilight by Stephenie Meyer.
